A circular peat and stone mound was noted during field survey following a wildfire in 2022. It was suggested that it may or may not represent a clearance cairn of Bronze Age date.

Full Description
SS 7243 4458. A circular peat and stone mound was noted on the southeastern side of Ilkerton Ridge during field survey following a wildfire in 2022. The mound was measured as 3 metres in diameter and 0.5 metres high. It was suggested that it may or may not represent a clearance cairn of Bronze Age date. [1]
