A small upright stone with a trigger stone on its southern side was noted during field survey following a wildfire in 2022. It was suggested to be of late Neolithic or Bronze Age date.

Full Description

SS 7143 4520. A small upright stone with a trigger stone on its southern side north of Shallowford was noted during field survey following a wildfire in 2022. The stone was measured as 0.4 metres long, 0.25 metres high and 0.15 metres thick at its base. It was suggested to represent a standing stone of late Neolithic or Bronze Age date, and may be associated with MEM25412. [1]
