Monument record: MDE11214 Martinhoe Mill (Building)A corn mill is shown on the Tithe Map of 1842. It was disused by the time of the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map of 1889 and the buildings have been incorporated into Mill Farm. Parts of the leat can still be seen.

Monument record: MMO554 Highley deserted farm and mill (Monument)Ruins of a deserted farm are visible as two groups of ruinous buildings surviving mainly as low walls and banks. A possible site of Waterow Mill is nearby, possibly related to several field gutters or leats visible on vertical aerial photographs.

Monument record: MSO9264 Stowey Mill, Putham Wood (Monument)Stowey Mill is shown on the Ordnance Survey 25" map of 1889. It is visible as substantial though deteriorating ruins in Putham Wood, comprising the mill building with adjoining wheel pit, and two ancillary buildings.

Monument record: MDE11708 Post-medieval farm mill at North Furzehill Farm (Monument)The remains of a mill are evident from a ruined building and the earthwork remains of a mill pond and leat. The earthworks are clearly visible on aerial photographs. The waterwheel has been re-established.

Monument record: MDE11723 Post-medieval granary or mill at Lower East Lyn Farm (Monument)Farm buildings to the north of the farmhouse appear to have contained machinery driven by a horse whim, which seems to have been replaced in the mid 19th Century by a waterwheel driven by a leat fed from a nearby stream.
