The remains of a watermill at Westcott farm. The building is extant but the wheel and fittings have been removed.

A water turbine mill, powered by water from a small lake but which ceased working in 1963. The dam may have reused a previous fishpond dam but has now partly collapsed.

A Bronze Age burial cairn on the top of a flat saddle ridge, visible as a small heather covered stony mound 6 metres in diameter and 0.5 metres high.

Weir Saw Mills is marked on historic mapping. It is known to have had a modern wheel driving generator and saw benches in an old wheel pit.

An overshot wheel drove machinery housed in the farm granary. It was last recorded as working in the 1920s.

A stone building, reputed to be a row of seven miners' lodgings and dating to the early 19th Century. It may, however, had another purpose, such as a stable or store. It is divided into seven small rooms on each floor.

The weir is shown on historic mapping. It diverts water from the River Avill into a mill stream.
