Full Description

18th century with later alterations. Stucco, slate roof, eaves. Two storeys. Full-height angular bay to right hand front with three windows, casements with glazing bars, one modern 3-light casement window to left hand side. Ground floor has angular bay windows either side of glazed double doors. Tiled pent on two carved brackets runs above bays and doorway. [1] English Heritage Listed Building Number: 264668. First Listed on 22/05/1969. [2] The building is included within Dunster's Conservation Area. [3] The building was visited in April 2012 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. It received a BAR score of 6. [4] The building is depicted on 2018 MasterMap data and labelled "2". [5] The building is mentioned in the 2018 Conservation Area Appraisal for Dunster. [6] The building was assessed as part of the 2018-19 rapid condition survey of Exmoor’s Listed Buildings, receiving a BAR score of 6. [7]
