Full Description
"Vale mill" and "Mill Stream" printed on OSAD 6 inch map. [1] Was a corn mill. Leat from the Washford River at ST02213779 to an overshot wheel. Wheel pit only extant. It was latterly powered by a turbine. [2] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [3]
