Full Description

House. Early C19, enlarged late C20. Rendered over random rubble, hipped slate roof, overhanging eaves, soffit board, brick stack left and at rear. Double pile. 2 storeys, 3 bays, 16 pane sash windows, central C20 gabled timber porch, partially glazed, partially glazed inner door. C20 addition at rear. Interior not viewed. [1] English Heritage Listed Building Number: 264809. First Listed on 21/12/1984. [2] Double pile plan. Stone, Render walls. Hipped roof [3] The building was visited in June 2013 as part of the rapid condition survey of Exmoor's Listed Buildings 2012-13. It received a BAR score of 6. [4] The building was assessed as part of the 2018-19 rapid condition survey of Exmoor’s Listed Buildings, receiving a BAR score of 6. [5]
