Full Description

A post-medieval water meadow system and field boundaries are visible on vertical aerial photographs in fields surrounding Kendle and Limingclose. Immediately to the south of the modern building complex of Kendle at SS 9423 3392, is a rectilinear platform, 25 metres by 20 metres, which may be a building platform. [1,2] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [3]
