A field boundary, linear mound and quarry of probable post-medieval date, visible as earthworks on aerial photographs taken in 1947.

Full Description

Linear ditch, probably a post-medieval field boundary, visible on vertical aerial photographs to the north of Gutterhole Barn. To the east of this ditch is a linear mound, approximately 35 metres by 8 metres, of uncertain function. A small post-medieval quarry is visible to the south of the mound and is marked on 6 inch Ordnance Survey map of the area. [1-3] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [4]
