Full Description
Laburnum Cottage, which is roughcast, forms part of a continuous but curving frontage on this side of the street and is typical of the intricate domestic scale of much of the main village street. [1] The house is depicted on the 2022 MasterMap data. [2] It is also shown on the 25 inch 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. It appears to have been extended to the rear since the 2nd Edition map was surveyed. [3,4] The building also appears to be shown on the Tithe Map for Parracombe. [5] The building is mentioned in the 2019 Conservation Area Appraisal for Parracombe. [6]
