2 and 3 Queen Street is a late 19th or early 20th Century block with traditional shop fronts. [1] 2 and 3 Queen Street are shown as subdivided on the 2022 MasterMap data. [2] The pair are shown as a single building on the 25 inch 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey map. [3] They are also shown on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [4] The Tithe Map for Lynton shows buildings in this location. They may or may not be the same structure(s). [5] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [6]
