Full Description

A strip lynchet or agricultural terrace of a medieval or possibly earlier date was noted during field survey in 2014, running northeast to southwest. It was stated to be broadly consistent with a persistent boundary represented on early mapping, possibly in place since at least the early 19th Century and likely to be a terrace rather than an upstanding bank.
