Full Description
An early to mid 20th Century rebuilding of an earlier house, with a mock timber frame gable added. Early photographs of the site show that it was originally a thatched cottage, possibly of 17th Century date. The building was being used as holiday apartments in 2017. [1] The house is depicted and labelled on the 2022 MasterMap data at SS 9051 4690. [2] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [3]
