Full Description
A possible prehistoric enclosure was noted on 2019 1 metre LiDAR data centred at SS 5988 4697. It underlies all other LiDAR lineations, suggesting it is the oldest feature visible on the site. The north to south and east to west sides are approximately 78 metres apart. The northern side is more reduced than the south and has been almost levelled. There is a hint of an entrance on the eastern side but this may be caused by the intersection of a later (modern) field boundary. [1]
