Full Description

A beacon is depicted and labelled on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [1] The beacon is still shown on the 25 inch 2nd Edition map. A new quarry is shown to the southeast (MDE21127). [2] The beacon site is no longer shown. The quarry appears to have removed the ground upon which the beacon was placed. [3]
