20th Century groynes were visible on the 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey map. These were not seen on the earlier 1st Edition or on the later 2014 MasterMap. The monument polygon for this record was taken from the extent of the area surrounding the groynes on the 2nd Edition mapping. [1-3]
