Full Description
The limekiln and quarry are shown on the 1st and 2nd Edition Ordnance Survey maps. They appear to have gone out of use between the two maps being drawn. [1,2] wo limekilns in Harper's Wood, Roadwater, (ST 0340 3847) are recorded by Holley. [3] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [4]
