Full Description

Glebe and School Cottages were built around 1897 after the previous house built down. The house was shown on the 19th Century tithe map and estate maps.[1] A slate roofed projecting bread oven is the vestige of a cottage that was demolished when the adjoining houses, Glebe Cottage and School Cottage were built in the late 19th century. [2] The building is mentioned in the 2018 Conservation Area Appraisal for Luccombe, and the bread oven is shown in a photograph. [3]
