House dating from the 18th Century, built of exposed stone rubble and with a double-Roman tiled roof. Its windows are mainly iron-framed casements with rectangular leaded lights. [1] The building is labelled "The Cott" on the 2022 MasterMap data. [2] It is depicted in a similar plan form on the 25 inch 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [3] The building is mentioned in the 2017 Conservation Area Appraisal. [4]
