Full Description
A Bible Christian (Methodist) Chapel was built in 1902 on Lady Street. [1] The former chapel with hall adjoining, dating from 1902, was restored as private dwellings. It is built of red and cream brick. [2] The chapel, which was built in 1902, was converted into flats in the 1990s. [3] The building is mentioned in the 2003 and 2019 Conservation Area Appraisals for Dulverton. [2,5] The heritage asset was assessed for inclusion on the Exmoor Local Heritage List in November 2022. The building is included in the Dulverton Conservation Area Appraisal as a building of local importance. It was decided to add the asset to the Local Heritage List. [6]
