Full Description

A stone built structure lies to the northeast of Manor House. Shown on Countisbury Tithe Map and described as barn. It is fairly tall with 3 thin buttresses on the side walls. The north wall is rendered but otherwise stonework is exposed. No obvious original openings, but a large, apparently blocked, arched opening visible in west end wall. [1,2] The building is mentioned in the 2018 Conservation Area Appraisal for Lynmouth. [3]
