Full Description
The site of a wheel-pit, now filled in. [1,2] This record was enhanced as part of the National Record of the Historic Environment to Exmoor National Park Historic Environment Record data transfer project. [3] The pit may have been fed by the pond and leats discussed in MDE14809, previously believed to be part of the catchwork system around the site and shown on the 1st Edition Ordnance Survey map. [4,5]
